Opt In

In order to opt-in your client to HRL, all you need to do is install a LUA script.

Requirements

Set Up

  • Click here to download the HRL client files.
  • Copy the wget.exe to your exe folder (where your halo.exe file is).
  • Copy the hrl.lua to your lua folder Documents\My Games\Halo CE\chimera\lua\scripts\global\
  • If all is working correctly, up to 15 minutes after the first game is complete, you should see your player in the Web App.

Notes

Laptimes are not reported intantly, due to the need to use command prompt, which takes focus over the game. Instead, the lap times are reported when either the PGCR, or main menu are shown.

When launching the game, a command prompt will launch. This is used to generate your device's unique ID.

During the PGCR (Post Game Carnage Report), a command prompt will launch and close. This is used to report your laptimes to the server.

If you leave min-game, a command prompt will launch and close. This is used to report your laptimes to the server.
